These are just a few of the syrups Maya Wechsler has created at , which is essentially a coffee shop on wheels.
Wechsler launched the coffee cart in April and has since been wheeling it to weddings and pop-up events around Central Oregon. The rectangular wooden cart is collapsible and designed to fit through doorways so it can be carted to all sorts of parties and private catered events.
Wechsler, a coffee enthusiast, has worked in the coffee industry on and off for the past decade.
The coffee cart concept was inspired by her travels in her early 20s when she would stay in one area for up to a month to fully immerse herself in the culture. The local coffee shop became her jumping-off point.

“I was visiting all these new countries and one thing I always found comfort in was the local coffee shop scene,†Wechsler said. “Some of my favorite days were waking up in a new country and putting my boots on and visiting that local cafe and just grabbing a latte.â€
Passion for coffee culture
For Wechsler, a cup of coffee is an opportunity to fuel connection, adventure and celebration.
“I love making it. I love serving it. I love that a cup of coffee can just bring people together, whether it’s a coffee date or just catching up with an old friend or something and I just want the coffee cart to just do that. I want it to bring people together,†she said.
Wechsler hopes to re-create the same feelings she experienced on her travels by creating space for people to connect, relax and recharge over her carefully crafted lattes.
She sources coffee beans from and offers 8-ounce hot drinks and 12-ounce iced drinks.
